These terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed via our webshop JFK & Co. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. offer & conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the webshop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.
A binding purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order, which is confirmed by e-mail.

3. prices & payment methods
All prices are quoted in CHF (Swiss francs) and include VAT, excl. shipping costs.

Your means of payment will be debited immediately after completion of the order.

4. delivery & shipping
Deliveries are made within Switzerland and abroad.
Delivery times and shipping details can be found on our Delivery times page.

The shipping costs are displayed in the checkout and charged separately. For deliveries abroad, additional customs duties or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.

5 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of JFK & Co GmbH until full payment has been received.

6. return & revocation
You have the right to return unworn items within 14 days. For details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7 Warranty
The statutory warranty law applies. Complaints must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods.

8 Liability
We are only liable for direct damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior on our part. We accept no liability for consequential damage or loss of profit.

9. data protection
Your data will be processed confidentially and in accordance with our privacy policy. Data will only be passed on to third parties in the context of order processing.

10 Applicable law & place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to all legal transactions.
The place of jurisdiction is Uster, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
