At JFK & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, we offer you an uncomplicated return and refund option.

🔁 Returns
Return period:
You can return unworn items to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Requirements:

The item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged
Original labels and packaging are present
The item has not been customized or personalized
This is how the return works:

Send us an email to jfkccoperation@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
We will send you the return form and the return address.
Pack the items carefully and send the package back to us.
Return costs:
You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. In the case of justified complaints (e.g. damaged or incorrectly delivered items), we will cover the return costs.

💳 Refund process
Refund process:
Once your return has been checked and accepted, we will refund the amount via the payment method originally used. This can take up to 10 working days depending on the payment provider.

Non-refundable items:

- Gift vouchers
- Personalized items
- Items on sale (only if they are marked as “non-returnable”)

❗ Exchange
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. Please return the item and place a new order.
